OUR WASTE MANAGEMENT PROCESS
Our waste management process is a stepwise process that starts with monitoring of the waste accumulation in identified places. The accumulated waste once identified is then Collected and transportated to the segregation (preliminary, primary and secondary sorting) areas where the finally sorted waste is then treated with our Internationally and Environmentally proven different technologies of waste treatment such as Thermal Desorption process, Bioremediation, Incineration
and soil washing system according to the type of waste and client preference. Besides, the treated waste can be safely recycled or disposed off into secure land fills with environmentally
accepted design parameters.
PETROLUEM HYDROCARBON CONTAMINATED SOIL (CRUDE OIL SPILL) MANAGEMENT
With our technology partners we have got the oil spill kits that we use to safely and economically clean up the oil spilled. However, when the spill is huge and has contaminated the soil, and through the help of our onsite lab test we excavate out the contaminated soil until the depth proven by the lab test results to have not been contaminated by the oil spill. The excavated soil is then transported and heaped in the leak proof area where it is graded for treatment.
We use low temperature Thermal Desorption Unit TDU to treat the contaminated soil when there is need to recover the oil. The recovered oil is mostly safe and resuse for economic purposes.
Nevertheless if there is no need to recover the oil we use high temperature of 500 -650 c Thermal Desorption Unit to treat the soil. The treated soil is safely reuse for road construction or backfilling the pits from which it was excavated.
HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL WASTE/EXPIRED CHEMICALS MANAGEMENT
We have got execellent expertise in HAZOP management. Thus our management process of these kinds of wastes include indentification of the chemical waste and sorting according to their chemical group or types for safety handling. The sorted hazardous wastes are then safely transported to the treatment storage areas where they are finally treated with clean emission Incinerator.
Our treatment is guided by onsite installed laboratory. The treated waste with this technology always meets environmentally proven standards hence it is finally disposed off into the secure landfills. We have also got efficient and effective contaminated equipment cleaning machines that thoroughly clean the contaminated materials with specified detergents and chemical additives. The cleaned materials are then tested and proven to be safe by our Lab technicians on site and finally reuse for different economical purposes.
DOMESTIC/MUNICIPAL WASTE MANAGEMENT
Our management of domestic solid waste includes household, commercial centres and the entire municipal wastes. We design a join households and commercial centres waste collection containers or open tanks for the proper waste collection and control of environmental pollution from litterings.
The collected waste is then transported with a safeguarded special waste collection trucks to the waste segregation areas. Once we have segregated then the non decomposing waste is stored and scheduled for treatment in our waste treatment plant. We do convert the organic waste such as food wastes collected from commercial centres and households into valuable organic fertilizers for Agricultural usage. Besides, we do recycle non organic waste such as plastics into commercial reusable products but if the waste cannot be converted into a fertiler or recyclable product then we incinerate it with our clean emission incinerator and recover the energy from it. The recovered energy can be used for household or commercial purposes.
LIQUID/SEWAGE WASTE
Since South Sudan has not got underground piping system of sewage waste collection network in place to one common point, we have a better solution for this. We use our sewage collection tanks to collect the sewage from both household, hotels, public and commercial centres’ toilets and transport it to our sewage storage tanks in treatment areas that are designed to control environmental pollution especially air pollution due to its stingy smell.
Our treatment process for this collected sewage in our sewage treatment plant involves preliminary, primary, secondary and tertiary process. The separated treated solids from the sewage waste can beused as a fertilizer and the water can be recycled for irrigation purposes or in domestic toilets or safely discharged into the environment with zero harm to it. Our sewage treatment plant is the automated plant hence it does not require much manpower.
